Damien is active as a Guardian ad Litem in NY Surrogate's Courts. He is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Surrogate's Court Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Damien is also a member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association serving on the Legislative Committee of the Section.
