Damien Bosco, Esq. concentrates his law practice on commercial litigation, business law, trademarks and wills, trusts & estates. He has worked with clients in the manufacturing industry, the entertainment industry, the real estate industry and the finance industry among other industries. He is an experienced litigator and has litigated matters pertaining to estates, employment, real estate, commercial contracts, creditors, bankruptcies, businesses, investors, securities, board matters and trademarks. He has represented buyers and sellers of businesses.
Damien is active as a Guardian ad Litem in NY Surrogate’s Courts.
Damien previously wrote legal articles for a Thomson Reuters publication entitled BizActions.
He is also a designated legal expert on the website justanswer in Estate Law, Business Law and Real Estate Law.
Damien was a guest lecturer at New York University on the First Amendment in the M.S. program of Public Relations and Corporate Communication program for the course Communication Ethics, Law and Regulation (Adjunct Professor Douglas Rozman).
